The skill would be passive armour repair, adds 1hp rep per second, per level the cost multiplier should be quite extreme to make l5 tough to obtain but this would give all suits the ability to have passive rep and keep low slots
the requirements should be
- Armour upgrades l5 - Armour plating l3 - Armour repair l3
I like this idea, if only I could make CCP see the light
